The Clarity Series

Half-day ketamine-assisted psychotherapy immersions

The Clarity Series is a seasonal collection of Sunday intensives hosted at Higher Ground’s Woodbury office. These half-day experiences provide a structured nervous-system reset without the commitment of a full retreat.

Each 4-hour experience includes:

  • Preparation

  • A guided IM ketamine-assisted psychotherapy experience

  • Integration work designed to translate insight into grounded clarity

Clarity sessions may be attended as standalone experiences or as part of an ongoing therapeutic arc following a Reset or individual therapy.
