How the day unfolds

9:00 am

Arrival & Orientation

Grounding, intention-setting, and clinical briefing. Meet your group of six. Tea and light preparation. Your APRN conducts final medical check-in.

10:00 am

IM Ketamine Administration

Precision-dosed intramuscular ketamine. Curated music. Eye shades. Your APRN and therapist are present throughout the 60–90-minute journey. You will not be alone at any point.

11:30 am

Return & reset

Gradual re-entry. Light lunch. Decompression in the space. No pressure to speak or process yet; this time is yours.

12:00 pm

Integration Circle

Therapist-led group session to anchor insights, name themes, and establish integration practices for the week ahead. Participation is guided, never forced

Midweek

Optional Follow-Up

Midweek integration call available. Add-on options available for deeper somatic support; confirm with the clinical team.

Full medical and psychiatric screening with our board-certified APRN before your seat is confirmed. No charge until you're cleared.

Precision-dosed intramuscular ketamine, individually calibrated. Administered and monitored by a licensed APRN throughout.

Guided Psychotherapy

Licensed therapist present throughout your journey and integration circle. This is clinical psychotherapy, not facilitation.

Integration Circle

Therapist-led group integration session. Anchors insights and establishes concrete practices for the week following the session.

Light Lunch & Tea

Provided during re-entry and decompression. Thoughtfully sourced. No alcohol.

Post-Session Support Materials

Integration guide, somatic practices, and journaling prompts delivered the following day to support your process through the week.

Every Reset Series session is staffed by a minimum of one licensed therapist, one additional clinical support, and a board-certified APRN. You are never without clinical oversight at any point in the session.
